Most Rolex men’s watches are bought in the usual online store but if you want to look at the most expensive Rolex Watch, then you can’t find it there. Usually it’s in the auction houses.

Last May 2011, the most expensive men’s Rolex watch ever sold was purchased at Christie’s. It was a whopping $1.176 million. Geez! That much for a watch? We’ll here’s the reason why it fetched that amount. That 1942 mens Rolex is actually a part of a special collection of watches which was not meant to be sold in the market. This fine set of watches were actually gifts for Italian and British race drivers of that time to monitor their lap time when they do their practice runs.

Wanna know how many pieces Rolex actually made? Only 12. So that’s how rare it is. Moreover, sources say that only 8 are known to exist today. As you know, the more rate it is, the higher price it could go. Plus of course, the Rolex brand has been synonymous to fine expertly crafted watches.

You’ve seen the elegance and hi-technology features of pop-up swimming pools then why not try hiding your posh car in this sleek pop-up garage.  The technology uses a hydraulic platform that can be concealed under your front lawn, garden bed, or even your surface garage.  This same technology has been famous in London. At this time, there were already eight pop-up garages that were built. The makers are currently finishing up four garages with a line up of ten more orders. It’s simply making a hit and obviously becoming a favorite especially by those who wants to add points to their expensive wheels. Among the cities in London which were already becoming huge fans of the garage production are Ealing, Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Dulwich and Highbury.

Each production of this specially made car lift will cost at least $72,816.00 and will take ten weeks to construct due to very special machineries installed.  Lifestyle really comes with a price.

Who says recession stops you from purchasing a new home? This is unsurprisingly not a part of TV star Simon Cowell’s vocabulary as he just recently bought a new home in Beverly Hills estate. At 49 years, the star is currently worth $190 Million so there’s no surprise.

The real estate property is worth $22 Million. Not only that, to maintain a perfect bronze skin tone, he has also paid a hefty price for a private tanning salon to be installed in his brand new Beverly Hills home.  The property is built in a total of 11,550-sq.-ft. estate. The tanning salon is expected to be fully functional by next week. The salon has a full length tanning machine with a smaller “booster” facial tanner.

Tom Cruise, Victoria and David Beckham, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, and Madonna were among Cowell’s neighbor in the lavish neighborhood.  His own home includes a luxury spa, five bedrooms, basement gym, lap pool with a separate staff house which is a home to his live-in butler and maid.
