We all love to collect different stuff. So how would you like to collect coins and include the most expensive coin in the world in your collections?

Well the most expensive coin is called the 1933 Double Eagle. This coin is minted since the year 1850. It is made up of with solid gold. In the year 1933 the US government decide to stop distributing the coins and were all destroyed. But one man managed to steal around 10 coins. His name was George McCann. But all the coins were recovered.

Luckily before the tragedy of the 9/11 the coin has been moved to Fort Knox.

On July 30, 2002 the coin was sold to an unnamed collector for $7.6 million.
