This is a handmade candy dispenser called holiday Pez by FAO Schwarz. This was first introduced in their 2003 catalogue. The Holiday Pez comes in three different character models such as Goofy, Kermit and Tigger.
What makes these candy dispensers ever so special are the Swarovski crystals from Austria which make the heads glitter.
