The real estate tycoon, Kelsey Grammar’s estate in Los Angeles is now open to interested buyers.

The estate features 7 bedrooms within the spacious 10,000 square feet of a home. It has the scenic and amazing vies of the lawn and pool area with its own gym with fireplace, built-in bar inside the  media room and really bright tiles all over the house.

Kelsey’s asking price is $19.9 million but sources say it can still be negotiated until $13.7 million.
