Yes! It’s a $10 million worth of pocket watch. This is called as the “Supercomplication” for its mechanical feature is way beyond the simple seconds, minutes, and hours movement.
This Graves Supercomplication pocket watch is known for its 24 complications and was designed for nearly 5 years before it was finished for it was has the most complications than any other time piece in the world.
The design was inspired by the celestial chart based on the night sky right about Grave’s home in New York. In 1953-1999, the watch was transferred to the Seth G. Atwood’s Time Museum in Rockford, Illinois.
It was mentioned that it was only in December 2, 1999 when this watch was sold from the Time Museum at Sotheby’s Masterpieces. It was sold when an anonymous Middle Eastern collector gave the highest bid at $10 Million.
