ZillionDo you want omelette for breakfast? Do you want to taste the most expensive omelette in the world? You can have the most expensive omellete which is called Zillion Dollar Frittata at New York’s Le Parker Meridien Hotel.
 
Actually US Editor of Mirror, Anthony Harwood, was the first man who ate the Zillion Dollar Frittata which costs $1,000.
 
The Mirror stated that when Anthony started eating the most expensive and giant omelette, a waitress walked around the room of New York’s Le Parker Meridien Hotel ringing a bell to herald the historic event.
 
The renowned omelette was made of 10 ounces of fish eggs and 1lb 8 ounces of lobster on a bed of fried potatoes. Isn’t that amazing!
 
According to the hotel chef Emile Castillo,the manager of the Hotel, Steven Pipe, is to be credited for creating this wonderful dish.
 
Actually this started as a Lobster Frittata and they made some experimentation by putting caviar in it. And end up even more delicious so they came up to the most expensive omelette in the world.
